Tapas Pain will once again be attending the annual meeting for the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA) in Washington DC, from October 14-17. "This represents a great opportunity to hear from our colleagues around the world about patent developments and changes in their countries, with a particular focus on changes within the United States.", Tapas said. He added "In particular, because we are finding patent litigation is raising cross-border issues more and more, we find this conference is a great way to solidify our relationships with our US counterparts, to assist us in our litigation efforts where required.".
