[September 10, 2009]
Tapas Pain has once again been appointed as a sessional lecturer at University of Ontario Institute of Technology (UOIT) in Oshawa, Ontario. He has been teaching at UOIT for four years, and in the fall term will be teaching a course titled "Leadership and Ethics" to UOIT's first ever Masters of Business Administration (MBA) class. "The course will examine different styles and aspects of leadership, from informal settings (like parenting) to rigid hierarchical settings (like military), and how good leaders simultaneously enact classic leadership principles while maintaining a strong moral compass." Tapas said. In the past Tapas has taught "Legal Environment of Business", "Law and Ethics of Information Technology", and "Cybercrime" at UOIT, and is looking forward to teaching its first ever MBA-level leadership course.
